Programme details
The wellbeing workshops and seminars below range from one hour to one day in length and can be combined, depending on your needs. A 5-day VUCA* Intensive Programme, incorporating all five of these sessions, is available.
Introduction to Mindfulness: This session introduces workplace mindfulness research and provides mindfulness tools that employees can implement immediately to improve their wellbeing, relationships and performance.
Building Resilience: Resilience is a skill that can be learned. This session covers practical tips to bolster physical, mental and emotional resilience.
Managing Time and Energy: Time is finite. Our individual energy is not. This session covers ways to expand our physical, emotional and mental energy, along with techniques to better manage our time.
Thriving Amidst Uncertainty: This session explores our individual uncertainty triggers and certainty anchors. Attendees learn ways to surf the waves of uncertainty.
Handling Change: Attendees identify how they react at different points on the change curve, and what they can do to respond more wisely at each stage.
