Carve out 45 minutes to settle, breathe and reconnect with yourself

These free, drop-in mindfulness sessions are open to everyone — whether you’re completely new to mindfulness, have a committed daily practice or somewhere in between. 

Each session is led by Farah Govani, with occasional guest teachers bringing fresh perspectives and approaches

Who is this for?

Anyone who wants to cultivate a regular mindfulness practice, or who simply needs a moment of stillness in a busy week. No prior experience is required.

How to join

No booking needed — simply join via Zoom by 7:00pm (UK). Sessions take place every Tuesday evening.
