Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction: three online courses starting in Sept 2021
MBSR is the most recognised and established mindfulness programme, taught all over the world, and is scientifically proven to help you cope better with stress and challenge. I am running three online MBSR courses, all starting in September. You can choose from Thursday afternoons, Monday mornings or Monday evenings.
