As programme designer I have created each and every training programme to produce results. I have had a committed mindfulness practice since 2006 and have experienced the transformational effects of The Mindfulness Multiplier© in both my personal and professional life. Which is why I am committed to bringing mindfulness into organisations.
My corporate background means that I understand the complex challenges facing today’s businesses. I have worked in various change management and HR roles for large corporations including PwC, Goldman Sachs and BlackRock. I have learned how to ride the waves of VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity) and I know first-hand that this is a practice for life – it’s a case of ongoing learning on an ongoing journey!
I have a degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Teaching Mindfulness. Both disciplines provide valuable insight into human thinking, motivation and behaviour which informs every one of our training programmes. I am also proud to be featured in the book, ‘Mindfulness for Coaches: An Experiential Guide’ by Chaskalson & McMordie (2017). You can see the book here.
