Deepening Presence and a Steady Heart is a specialist mindfulness programme designed specifically for coaches who want to work at a deeper level.
High-quality coaching isn’t just about the questions you ask — it’s about the quality of presence you bring. This experiential programme develops the inner capacities that underpin truly exceptional coaching: sustained presence, emotional steadiness and refined attunement.
Through structured mindfulness practice, guided inquiry and applied reflection, you’ll strengthen your ability to stay grounded when clients bring uncertainty, complexity or strong emotion — without moving to fix, rescue or direct. You’ll learn to hold internal and external awareness simultaneously, work more skilfully with non-verbal cues, and use silence and pause as powerful tools in your coaching conversations.
In the second half of the programme, mindfulness practice is integrated directly into coaching application — exploring how to use it before, during and after sessions in service of ethical presence and ongoing professional development.
This programme is for you if you are:
- A trained coach at any level of experience
- An executive or leadership coach looking to deepen your relational impact
- Ready to bring greater steadiness, spaciousness and attunement to your coaching practice
