How might we work together?
My private (individual) clients typically start with a 1:1 eight week mindfulness course and then we move to a coaching programme where we apply what you've learnt about mindfulness principles to the areas of your life where you want to make transformational change.

What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness, or mindful awareness, is simply the intention to experience the world as it actually is, moment by moment, without adding a positive or negative spin to it.
This is for you if you:
- want to thrive rather than survive through the ups and downs of your day-to day challenges
- want to learn a new way of solving problems and taking decisions that reflect your true values
- are ready to commit to a regular mindfulness practice for the benefit of your health and wellbeing
- have heard that mindfulness is great for stress reduction and want some of that for yourself!

What is coaching?
Coaching is a dialogue in which you feel heard and you feel felt, and you get new insights into your own stuff that lead to significant and long-lasting change.
This is for you if you:
- know that what you're doing (with you life, career etc.) is no longer 'you'
- are ready to seize the day and take action to transform the ways you work, lead and live
- need to navigate change and uncertainty
- have an existing mindfulness practice and want to bring it more fully into all areas of your life
- want to work with a coach who brings mindfulness presence and depth to the coaching relationship.
